Total station repair and calibration

Diagnosis and repair of receivers and field equipment, so a survey or layout crew is not stopped by one failed unit.
Lasers and layout tools
Repair and checks for rotating lasers, levels and layout instruments used on construction sites every day.
Leica warranty work
If the fault is covered, we handle the warranty claim with Leica for you, parts included. You deal with one company.
Leica factory service
Some work, including RTC360 scanner calibration and major scanner overhauls, has to go to Leica's factory. We coordinate the submission and track it back to you.
How it works
Tell us what is wrong
Send us the model, serial number and the fault you are seeing. Ship the instrument to us or bring it to our Boise service center.
Diagnosis
We find the actual fault and the work it needs.
Repair and calibration
The work is done on our bench, or submitted to Leica's factory where Leica requires it, and the instrument is checked before it leaves.
Back to you
Returned with tracking, ready to go back to work.
Keep the crew working
A crew waiting on a repair is the expensive part. If you need an instrument while yours is on the bench, rent one from our fleet. Every rental unit is recertified on our bench after every return.
