What equipment can I trade in?
Survey, layout and scanning equipment: laser scanners, total stations, GPS receivers, data collectors, levels, lasers and utility locators. Leica equipment usually has the most options, but tell us about any brand.
Do I need the serial number?
Yes. The serial number is how we check the exact model, age and history, and it is the fastest way to find out what options exist. It is usually on a label under the battery, on the handle or on the base.
Does the equipment need to work?
No. Tell us its condition in the notes. Equipment that needs repair can still have trade-in value, and our service center can assess it.
What if my equipment has no trade-in value?
That happens, and it often changes. We keep your details on file and reach out if your equipment becomes eligible later.
How does the trade-in credit work?
Your trade-in value becomes credit toward new equipment from Datum Tech Solutions, applied to your quote.
